Lisa Bachman
Lisa Bachman is the Founder and President of All Points Connect Inc., a non-traditional promotional marketing company. Lisa has spent many years developing strategies using a mix of marketing techniques and one to one tactics. Her company delivers integrated, measureable programs. Lisa’s enthusiasm for customer service that focuses on matching business drivers to goals has enabled her customers to realize improved revenues and cost savings.
Lisa is also the President of their family charity, Honor Good Deeds which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The organization focuses on educating people about Tourette Syndrome and passionately stresses tolerance and acceptance of the differences in people.
Lisa has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Cleveland State University. She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and resides there with her husband, three children and two Greyhound dogs. She will never turn down a chocolate brownie!

Chad Parizman
As the Director of of Mobile and Social at Scripps Networks Interactive Chad provides leadership on mobile and social media trends and strategies for the website, ad sales, marketing and on-air teams at Scripps, as well as social media guidelines to be adopted by the company’s top senior executives. Prior to his current role, Chad served as director of innovation for Scripps’ business development emerging ventures team, a group focused on evaluation, creation and management of the disruptive innovation process. Utilizing innovations he’s made throughout his career in information technology and online analytics, Chad trained Scripps employees on disruptive innovation principles, and researched new interactive opportunities for the company in both the Food and Lifestyle categories. Chad began at Scripps in 2005 as Director of Online Analytics after leaving Healthology, Inc. as the IT Director.

Brian Winter
Brian Winter is an experienced sales and marketing executive that has turned around global sales and marketing teams for Fortune 500 companies as well as built teams for venture and private equity-backed technology start-ups. As the CMO of Washington DC-based Carpathia Hosting, Brian has a strong track record leading global sales and marketing organizations. A California-native, Brian previously served as Vice President, Global Virtualization Software Sales at Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), a $20 billion Fortune 500 information technology company. Brian is also the founder of digital marketing firm Pyxl, where he has been focused on using his experience in digital marketing to advise the team.

Jeremy Floyd
Jeremy Floyd joined Bluegill through a merger with his company, Eluminare. Jeremy specializes in designing and implementing holistic digital marketing strategies including social media policy, internet marketing, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, analytics and reporting, mobile marketing, and custom application architecture. In addition, Jeremy’s lead generation techniques are valuable in the areas of telephone center and customer relationship management (“CRM”) software setup and administration.
Jeremy works with clients to explore out-of-the-box ideas and problem solving strategies across the enterprise with a unique perspective on how technology can be used to better achieve business objectives.
Before launching Eluminare, Jeremy was Vice President of Marketing and Technology for Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC He also developed and implemented the marketing strategy for Holrob Communities, which uses the Internet as a lead generator for people migrating to East Tennessee.
Jeremy is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from MTSU in English and Philosophy. He is a volunteer with United Way of Greater Knoxville, a volunteer strategic planner with the Girl Scouts Council of the Southern Appalachians, and serves on the Board of Entrepreneurs of Knoxville.

Marc Loffredo
As Director of Analytics and Optimization at The Tombras Group, Marc Loffredo leads the strategy and execution behind Campaign and Performance Analysis, Conversion Tracking and ROI for all client marketing initiatives. A 15-year marketing communications industry veteran, Marc has worked with hundreds of clients over the past five years to fine tune their marketing efforts and uncover insights to improve conversion.
