Currently COO for The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants which includes Calhoun’s (9 locations), Banquets & Catering Facility (2 facilities) Copper Cellar (2 locations), Cherokee Grill (1 location), Chesapeake’s (1 location) and Smoky Mountain Brewery (4 locations).
