Join us at the KAMA Luncheon, April 14th at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and Clint Smith, Emma Co-founder & CEO, will share the trends, ideas, features, and questions on the mind of his fast-growing email marketing and communications company. He'll share thoughts on how email (and digital communication) is evolving and how his unique company is evolving as Emma (www.myemma.com) nears the century mark in employees. You'll walk out of this session with a few great ideas you can apply to your email marketing *and* your brand, culture and company.
About Clint...
Clint Smith is the co-founder of Emma®, the Web-based email marketing and communications service. Launched in 2002, Emma currently helps more than 30,000 organizations manage their email campaigns and online surveys in style. Based in Nashville and with offices in Austin, Portland and Denver, Emma employs nearly 100 people and has been recognized multiple times as one of the best places to work in its hometown. Emma has made the Inc. 5000 list two consecutive years and was recently recognized as one of the 100 fast growing inner city companies in America.
Prior to founding Emma, Clint worked as an editor with CitySearch.com and in product development with Smallbusiness.com. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University – a history major, if you must know - and lives in Nashville with his wife and three children. He is on the board of the Nashville chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) and is a regular speaker in entrepreneurship classes at Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities. Clint is suspiciously good at air hockey.
